Maine Cheese Guild 2 lb. sampler Maine currently boasts 17 licensed cheesemakers (cow, sheep and goat cheesemakers!) and the Maine Cheese Guild members have put together a sampler featuring an assortment of five cheeses all handcrafted in Maine in small batches. Each assortment includes cheeses made from cow's milk as well as cheeses made from goat and/or sheep's milk. This pack includes a tub of each of our four varieties of freshcheddar curd; Plain, Smokey Maple Barbecue (made with real Maine Maple Syrup!), French Herbed (marinated in extra virgin olive oil, rosemary, tarragon, chive, parsley, basil and marjoram) and Tuscan Herbed (marinated in extra virgin olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes and parsley).
